Assessment
Welcome! We are here to guide you through the assessment process for your pet's care.

Please note that the assessment is not a qualification process; we happily accept pets of all kinds! We understand that selecting pet care can often be confusing and overwhelming. That's
why we have established clear and practical guidelines to make your evaluation and selection process more manageable. Our main goals are to ensure your pet has a safe and comfortable boarding experience and to provide you with peace of mind, knowing your pet is receiving exceptional care.
Meeting your pet in person is essential. Another arrangement can be made if a trip to our facility is impossible. The best way to understand how to provide appropriate care is to hear you describe your pet and observe their character and behavior. We maintain a "no visitor" policy inside the kennel area where pets are housed for two important reasons. First, pets may react unpredictably to strangers, leading to excessive fear or aggression, potentially causing self-injury or stress-related issues. Second, visitors may inadvertently disrupt safety protocols and preventive measures to reduce the risk of infectious diseases and control the spread of contagious agents (bacteria, viruses, fungi) in the kennel.
Therefore, we kindly ask that visitors come alone with their pets and expect a brief meeting near the kennel or in an office. This meeting will allow us to discuss details and learn more about your pet care practices. You can access a viewing window and our camera monitors during this time. We also share regular pictures and videos of our facility on social media.
There is no need to bring any paperwork for the assessment; vaccination records can be uploaded to your profile at petholiday.propetware.com.
